This message is a notice to clients seen with our therapists based out of our primary office in Newark, De. However, it does serve to provide notice to all of clients of our changes. If you are exclusively a client from our Rehoboth Beach office, this change does not impact you. If you only see your therapist via telehealth, this change does not impact you either. 

 

To accommodate the variability of our professional field, our Newark office is downsizing and relocating in the process. We are moving our practice to 3101 Limestone Road, Suites C4 & C5, Wilmington, Delaware 19808.

 

We will close our current office at Barksdale Road in Newark, DE on 10/28/22 to begin the moving process and will re-open at our new location on 11/1/22. During the process of our move our phone lines for voicemails will be down but our email contacts will continue to be our primary means of communicating.

 

Our move will not impact the clients who are seen virtually via Zoom Healthcare.

 

Since we cannot make official changes to our office address’ with insurance carriers until we have formally moved, we have submitted notification to all carriers, please note that your appointment reminders may reflect the Barksdale address until updated across all necessary platforms.

 

Our Rehoboth Beach office is not closing or relocating.

 

In-Person Sessions:

Since our new space is part of a micro-suite set up, we will no longer have a large waiting area, however, your therapist will have the means within their office space to continue to provide you with the added amenities our clients have known and enjoyed in the past such as water, coffee & snacks. Your therapist will provide you with any further details as to arrival/entry process for your in-person appointments. Though clients should not plan to arrive too early.

 

We do apologize if our move causes any inconvenience to you, and we understand if you are unable to continue services due to travel or other such conflicts. We do ask that you let us know if you will no longer be continuing therapy services with any of our Newark-based therapists: Mark Casagrande, Kristin Froehlich, Michelle Coyne, and Brittany Heitmann. Additionally, our Rehoboth-based therapist, Shanna Staples, in her limited bi-weekly availability in the northern location.
