A Window to Wellness now offers an option to clients to securely upload their sensitive documents. We have partnered with DropSecure. Clients do not need to sign up to use this service. 

DropSecure is a HIPAA and PHI-compliant company, which meets all of the compliance and regulatory guidelines required to ensure client confidentiality by providing a highly secured data-transfer platform that allows our practice and clients to share files securely and safely with military-grade end-to-end encryption. Utilizing double-blind key sharing the exchanged data can never be accessed through the secure server.

Clients can utilize this secure upload feature to provide copies of their insurance card(s) and driver's license or ID's required for scheduling, documents requested by their therapist, or documents that they would like to share with their therapist and have saved to their chart. 

You can submit images and documents from any mobile or desktop device and operating platform.
