Thank you for considering A Window to Wellness for your therapy journey. I will be happy to get you set up with one of our exceptional therapists, once you decide who may best fit your therapeutic needs.
Many of my providers have advised they can take new clients. While there are exceptions for sooner openings, therapists may be scheduling out by roughly 1-4 weeks – give or take – from receipt of completed paperwork, required card copies & insurance verifications. Scheduling hours range depending on the therapist's availability. While all our providers are offering telehealth sessions, a few do offer in-person options as well.
Choosing a therapist:
Any of our therapists are qualified to provide quality care with various skillsets, certifications, and background knowledge. We do ask that new clients make sure to review each of the provider bios, which include additional information such as scheduling availability, working-day schedule, age limitations, and practicing therapeutic methods being offered (telehealth &/or in-person).
If you have a provider in mind that is not indicated as available, and you are set on only seeing that therapist, I will do my best to accommodate getting you scheduled depending on the scheduling availability or waitlist status at that time.
Since telehealth methods are being covered during the ongoing pandemic and going forward (post-pandemic) by the majority of insurance carriers, you do have the option to see therapists from either of our offices, if preferred, for as long as telehealth is covered by your insurance carrier.
