Everyone deserves to have a safe place to fully express themselves and to feel understood. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, honest, and fun. I tailor my approach in my therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each individual client. I strongly believe in meeting clients where they are at emotionally but also challenging clients in a nurturing and supportive way.
I work with young children, adolescents, adults, and families. I love working with small children under the age of 10. My experience with youth has centered around treating trauma, anxiety, depression, social skills, family issues, Autism, and behavioral issues. I additionally have experience working with adults diagnosed with mood disorders, psychosis, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and complex trauma. I aspire to help each of my clients to feel empowered, accepted, and supported.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Delaware. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Elizabethtown College and my Master of Family Therapy Degree from Drexel University. I am currently working towards becoming a Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional.

I believe every person has the ability to facilitate healthy changes and has the right to be free from emotional pain and trauma. My ideal client is a person who believes he/she is ready to change his/her life and open to exploring his/her capacity to change from within. The therapeutic relationship is unique and transactional, and it is imperative to have a safe, trusting, and nurturing environment in which to do this transformational work. I highlight a person's strengths and build from the strongest foundation possible to create the happiest and healthiest life.
My specialties include mood and anxiety disorders, chronic mental illness, LGBTQ+ issues, gender identity, couples work, family therapy, core strengthening, and nurturance work, grief/bereavement, holistic healing, sexual abuse and trauma, attachment issues, adoption, spirituality, primary caregiver stress, EAP/work-related issues and end of life issues. My primary goal is to provide the best comprehensive care and create the opportunity for permanent change. I received my undergraduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware and my Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
